For customers based in the UK there are three shipping options available: 2-3 day delivery and next day delivery.
If you want to cancel an order get in contact with us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched we will not refund delivery and you will be charged return delivery.
Please get in contact with us to apply for a return and refund. You will need to provide evidence of a product fault via email within 30 days of receiving the item.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later).
